Running out of time before December 25? One round of revisions is included. From November 20 to December 1, a second gift is 50% off with code SECOND50.

Can I order a Kemuva gift on Christmas Eve?
You can still order. Most gifts are previewed within about 24 hours of your photos or details, so a Christmas Eve order can still yield a preview for Christmas Day if you upload right away. Leave time if you need a revision or a print shop.
How long do portraits and star maps take?
Custom pet portraits, family portraits, star maps, voice wave art, Santa letters, photo restoration and most other gifts: preview within about 24 hours, then the final file after you approve (one round of revisions).
What about the life story book and cookbook?
About 72 hours after we receive your recordings or recipes. For Christmas with time for a revision, order by December 18. Price: life story book $49; cookbook $49.
What if it is late or I don't like it?
Every order includes one round of revisions. No refunds after delivery of the personalized file, except where required by law or if we cannot fix a genuine error within the included round of revisions. Full policy: kemuva.com/legal/refunds.
Can I schedule delivery for Christmas morning?
Yes. Add a gift note at the upload step and we can email the final file to them on the date you choose.
Do digital gifts have a shipping deadline?
No. Kemuva does not ship physical items, so there is no USPS, UPS or FedEx cutoff for the file itself. Only your own printing or framing needs a little buffer.
