Shipping & Delivery Policy

Digital delivery only

All Kemuva products are digital. Nothing is shipped by mail, so there are no shipping costs: delivery is free ($0) to customers in the United States and everywhere else.

How delivery works

1. After checkout you go straight to an upload page for your photos, audio or details, and you receive an order confirmation email.
2. We email you a preview, usually within 24 hours of receiving your material.
3. You can request one round of revisions by replying to the preview email.
4. Once you approve, we email you a download link to your final high-resolution file(s).

Delivery times

Most orders are previewed within 24 hours of your upload. Life story books and family recipe cookbooks are previewed within 72 hours; the expected time is also shown on each product page. Delays can happen if we need more material from you, and we will always tell you by email.

Gift orders

If you add a gift note at the upload step, we deliver the final file to the recipient from Kemuva on the date you choose.

Printing

Files are print-ready. You can print them at home or at any print shop; printing and any physical shipping are arranged by you.
