Clear, well-lit photos where faces are easy to see. Older or scanned photos are welcome too. If a photo won't work well, we'll tell you before we start.
Can I choose where my loved one appears?
Yes. Tell us where you'd like them, for example next to Mom or holding the baby, and we'll create it that way.
Which style should I choose?
Photo-real looks like they were there that day. Watercolor is softer and gentler, and works beautifully when the photos are very different in age or quality.
What if something isn't quite right?
You see a preview before anything is final, and you get one round of revisions.
Can I get a refund?
Because each memorial photo is created just for you, we can't offer refunds once the final file is delivered. That's why you approve a preview first.
Can I order it as a gift?
